Just wondering. Now that Mewtwo is out, Is he allowed in this tournament? I'm asking cause some people might not have him because the actual release date for everybody is the 28th of April. I just wanted to know this before I might pick him and then someone tells me I cheated or something.

I think it's fine, I mean it's not like he has any special advantages over other characters, right? He's still balanced like the rest of the cast.

I think it's alright, but if any of you want to change my opinion, go for it~
