One question... What is the difference between CST and CDT? I think CDT is daylight savings time which I'm not too familiar with. We dont have that in Belize.

CDT is CST when it's in Day Lights Savings time, so CST 7AM becomes "CDT" 8AM. Since we're currently in DST, the current CST time is now CDT.

I'll change yours to CST~ I forgot that not everyone in the central time zone is in the US aha;;
I believe the US is one of the few countries that does Daylight Savings time right now.
