So about Isabelle...

She's just kinda there. And they make it feel like her presence is so special when in reality, she doesn't really do much. Is it just me?

She seems like she's in a similar role to the one she was in before. I wouldn't be surprised if she helped host holiday events again.

She still has an important role and maybe she does more as time goes on. I love Isabelle, but I am glad Tom Nook is back upfront. It felt weird in New Leaf that he took a back seat.

I kind of agree, although I feel like she will host certain town events like she did in New Leaf. I can see her standing outside of Resident Services during the fireworks show (if that’s going to happen in this game) and give out items or something. If not, well, I’m glad that she’s in the game still at least.

I am glad she has a less prominent role in this game. I am part of team #ImpeachIsabelle. In all seriousness, I don't think she needs another "front and center" role in the game. Some NPCs haven't been seen at all!

I think as the game progresses, she'll appear more and have a bigger role. Wouldn't it be so cute if she had her own shop or something?

It doesn't bother me about Isabelle.
As long as she's helpful in some way.

She's still in the same role she had before, so I don't think it is a big deal. At least she gets to come back as her own sweet self. She just isn't the spokesperson this time.

Looks like she has the same roles as in New Leaf, I'd like it if technically she was the mayor now.
