I recently payed a visit to the bell tree forum shop and saw the other shop in there with the seashells. I have no idea how to get seashells, would anyone be kind enough to enlighten me here?

You get seashells if you are a new user.

New users used to get welcome TBT instead but that was being abused by people making alternative accounts to gather more TBT for their main account so the staff got rid of welcome bells and replaced them with seashells which you can use for things as you've seen in the shop.

Just giving ya a background thing.
