She is original. However I accidentally caused the exterior glitch on her house, and her house has Velma's exterior. BUT, this glitch is purely cosmetic and it will fix itself when she goes to a new town (Provided you don't skip the day she moves in, like I inadvertently did).
As long as that doesn't bother you, she is free to the first person who replies and who has a plot open. I will probably void her in an hour or so if no one adopts her.
