I just bought the ACGC disc, GC memory card and controller, it was a total of 45 dollars, but it will be worth it when I get it next week in the mail.

It might be, but it looked a little bit too solid to be the window light. That's usually pretty transparent. It's apparently after 8:30 pm in the screenshots, so I'd have thought there wouldn't be light shining through the windows. I need to pay attention when I play tonight and see what the windows look like after dark when I'm inside.

As much as I love the idea of a laser shooting pencil, I think it may just be a glitch from my emulator I'm using to play. It's easier to play on my PC and I wanted to make a new town without erasing my old one or buying a new memory card.

I just started a new game and called my town: Cavaha (Ka-Va-Ha)
I think I have a nice selection of villagers to start off with, although my town isn't 3 tier or have anything notable about it. I'm find with that though I just want to play.
The villagers I have: Axel, Aurora, Bob, Mallary, Rosie, Spike
It's funny because I actually had Axel and Bob in my original gamecube town....but the other four are new.
It's kind of like playing the game new because there's so many little things I had forgotten about. How soon does a new village move in when you start the game?

I started playing it about a month ago. I have a 3 tier town with 2 stone bridges and a new wooden bridge. My current villagers are Puddles, Iggy, Amelia, Wart Jr, Bea, Lucky, Kiki,Truffles, Buzz, Peanut, Monique, Olivia, Tank, Elmer and Olive.
I love my town layout and the majority of my villagers.
