We have created one final extra stretch goal to conclude the event. If you reach 100,000 StreetPass Silver in Phineas' pockets by the end of Farewell to New Leaf, we will have a community vote on a new balloon design guaranteed for the next TBT event featuring balloons! Quite frankly, we aren't confident whether this goal is even reachable -- it is truly a stretch goal in the sense that we ask you accept in advance it may not be reached. After all, we will have new balloons in the future either way.
If unlocked, this will be an open suggestion thread using reaction votes to determine the winning design. Obviously, there will be some limitations in that we reserve the right to pass an idea if we have reasons to believe it would be inappropriate or simply not fun. And of course, the final result we create may not come out exactly as you imagine in terms of colour or design -- this is not a space to dictate the exact hex codes you want to see. But we can promise we'll try our hardest to create a balloon design best resembling the general concept desired by you!

Glad to see the Sweet Bunny Balloon as the final reveal since so many people wanted and were hoping for it.
I don't see us reaching that 100,000 stretch goal just because I figure most of the members who would participate already are and are either reaching or have reached their 600 StreetPass Silver cap. Cool idea though, and hey, I'd welcome being wrong.

I still have another 67 silver dust to get to get my last 2 bunny balloons

If you check your transactions, you might see an "observation silver" for 1 silver. If it's recent, you might have to wait a while to get it again.
I don't know anything else that gets 1 silver.
