You guys should find a graphic artist, a flash-worker (for some interactive stuff), and grant mods and/or supermods. This will bump up the level of activity if we could make the forum more lively and colorful. The graphic artist would be good. And the flash-worker doesn't have to become reality, but mods would work. Take posters who are on most, and exemplify good behavior. This will get rid of spam if the forum becomes bigger.

2. No point in flashes.
3. We have 2 Mods last I checked.

Anyway, our main graphics guy currently is Shadow_Link, if you haven't noticed. Storm does do a lot of the banners and such however.

There really isn't any "flashy" stuff we'd like to do with the forum.

As for staff members, Storm and I are always looking for new staff members. We can't just pick anyone at random. A staff member must be someone who has dedicated themselves to the forum as well as helps out whenever they can.

okay. I like the seasons thing. I was going to start making something like that, as a promotional for other websites. Like in our sigs, but... I can't use finkheavy because I have an old mac, and the only unit that can run exe file or files made strictly for windows is leopard.
