Suggestive art? (asking to be sure-)

This is probably a dumb and quite awkward question but I just wanna be sure, Is sexually suggestive artwork allowed?
I know that actual NSFW or nudity isn't allowed. But is something like a character in a bikini or panties allowed? if so, should it be spoiled with the spoiler tag and have a content warning in the title or smthin?​

Section 1.4 of the Rules (linked here) references "Pornography, nudity, or sexual material" as prohibited content. I'd steer completely clear of anything suggestive or even a little questionable, especially considering the user base of the site being largely children or child friendly
