Also, I really haven't decided so I will most likely end up getting both. I remember when I was super hyped for X and Y to come out, I ended up getting them, and then I had beaten them both in about an 18-hour time-span. I was really disappointed, so I hope that this next generation poses much more of a challenge. When I played Pokemon Emerald for the first time, I was so immersed in the story and the new Pokemon REALLY made me want to "Catch 'em all!" I played that game for months and months. Pearl gave me the same feeling I felt while playing Emerald, and White did as well. X and Y just didn't, for some reason. It seemed like they were trying too hard. I really, really hope that Sun and Moon make up for what X and Y could have been.

Moon .
The ability to play at night ( in game ) while it is midday ( in real life ) is great .
The exclusive pokemon of Moon are better than those of Sun (UB-2 Beauty , uranguru , lycanroc-edge for moon , UB-2 expansion , rugby monkey and lycanroc midday for sun ) .
Lunaala is definitely cooler than Solgaleo , and also super effective against Necrozma , the master of the trio .

I pre-ordered Moon. I like the night theme best, it fits me since my name means moon and I don't really like the sun. I also like Lunala best out of the two cover legendaries, so it was an easy decision.

I have reached a veridict for myself. i decided to go for the version my brother doesn't want, and I decided to go for moon since my little brother wants sun.

I always get one version and my brother always gets the other. This year, he let me choose first. I chose Moon because Lunala feels more unique than Solgaleo. Solgaleo's typing and ability makes it seem like a Metagross with different stats. After deciding, they announced that the time in Moon would be 12 hours away from your 3DS time. I was glad I chose Moon after that as it would be a more unique experience to play a game with the time opposite of your real time.

I'm getting moon because I love the night time "dreamy" theme and Lunala and so much better looking (imo) than Solgaleo. The only thing I am disappointed about in Moon is Alolan Vulpix and Ninetails because they are so pretty! But I also like Sandshrew and Sandslash so oh well... How is the 12 hour delay (for those who have started moon)?

Going with Moon, since Lunala spoke more to me than Solgaleo, and my boyfriend liked Solgaleo.

But now that I've seen some of the region exclusives (the Rockruff evolution especially), I'm a bit bothered.
Still getting Moon, but I really want that Lycanroc-wolfie, not the werewolf XD

So probably gonna train a Rockruff in Moon and when it wants to evolve, I'll trade it to my boyfriend to evolve and then get it back.

Just got a message from the store, the package with the game has been send ^_^ It'll arrive tomorrow (Europe, yay~)
