Welcome to The Bell Tree World Championship Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Friendlies! These are laid-back sessions open to all skill levels. Join the arena, choose your fighter, and get ready to be serenaded by the sweet sounds of hacha!
How to Participate
Add the host's friend code and post the sign-up form below as a reply to this thread. If you're joining a session you've not previously signed up for, please post another sign-up form instead of editing your original post.
You may join more than one session. During the sessions, please only play in 2 matches then leave the arena so that others that wish to play may do so. You may rejoin if everybody has played and there is room available.

To Join an Arena:
Online > Smash > Battle Arenas > Join Arena > Friends' Arenas
Before & during each game, the host will be in the #super-smash-bros Discord channel to answer any questions and chat, so feel free to join in on the fun! Instructions on how to join the Discord can be found here. Feel free to post questions below as well!
Please note that you will only be able to post in the TBTWC channels in our Discord server if you have synced your Discord & TBT accounts. If you do not sync your accounts, you will not be able to chat while playing or earn spectator points.
To link your TBT account to Discord, go to the Connected Accounts page and click the Associate with Discord button. If you have any questions, more information can be found here.
How to Submit
For sessions you participate in:
- Take a screenshot of the results screen for a match you participated in that session that includes your in-game name.
- Make a new thread in the Games Lobby Point Submissions board.
- Select Smash Bros. (Friendlies) in the 'Game Event' dropdown, and your team in the 'Team' field.
- In the body of the thread, include the following:
- Date, time, and host of the session you participated in.
- The aforementioned screenshot.
One session per thread, please! Do not submit for multiple sessions in the same thread.
For sessions you spectate:
Nothing needs to be done on your part!
Hosts will export a list of spectator activity from Discord and forward it to Jeremy, who will then distribute the points. Please be patient, as this is a one-man operation and there are lots of sessions happening! Do not report any missing spectator points for at least 48 hrs after the session.
In order to qualify for spectator points, you must be actively engaged with the chat and making comments relevant to what is happening in the stream - popping in, saying 'hi' and leaving does not count as spectating.
Rules and Session Information
In addition to our forum rules, please make note of the following:
- There will be zero tolerance for poor sportsmanship, which may be expressed by repeatedly boasting about victories, constant complaining, trash-talking, or overly aggressive behavior. Please make all players feel welcome
- Friendly banter is fine, but be mindful that there is a difference between it and borderline rude behavior
- All sessions will run between 1-2 hours
- Sessions are open to players of all skill levels
- All characters and stages may be used
- Items and stage hazards are turned off by default to optimize online performance for all players
- Sessions can feature one-on-one battles, team battles (two vs. two), and four-player battles (free-for-all), which is up to the host's discretion
