Greetings! I wish l can replace the fan on my own but l don't have the screws so oh well. I was wondering do l need to buy the new fan first and give the new fan and the console to the people at best buy and they can replace the old fan for me and clean the inside of the console? Does it work that way? If anyone out there knows the answer. My fan isn't broken but the console is overheating faster when it shouldn't, so l'm getting a cooling fan aadd-on for the dock. But l also want to get a fan replacement while l'm at it.

If you're going to be taking/sending the Switch to Best Buy for repairs, you should probably ask Best Buy what the procedure is, whether you need to supply the replacement parts and so on. I'm sure there are all kinds of contact options on their website: phone numbers, email addresses, etc.

never like contacting any company xD But oh well, i'll have my sister to do that

You might want to ask Best Buy how much they charge for this service too. Depending on how much they charge, and if you feel confident doing it yourself, it might be cheaper to buy the screwdrivers and do it yourself. You'd just be looking for a PC/precision screwdriver kit. They only typically run between $10-15. Then you will also have the screwdrivers you need if you ever want to repair or clean other electronics like your phone or a laptop.
