Turning WiiConnect24 off won't do anything. You're fine with it on. Nintendo doesn't force updates on you, you have to accept them. And the Wi-Fi banning has nothing to do with WiiConnect24. It's Nintendo WFC.

I got it! It has that new SD Card thing on the side of the Wii button. I loaded all the possible channels to that. PLUS! I uploaded my Wii Speak Channel, it has the Date, Day, and Time! Woo Update 4.0!
