Very rarely. Usually only during on of the events that's held.

I think I've seen two in all my time here.

So I think we should have a monthly, or at least, every other month.

Monthly would be good. At this one site I go to, an awards contest is held at the end of every month. It helps the staff actually see who is more active and helps them determine who they should make a mod next if ever the time comes for one.

Plus they're fun.
