TBT Bells wont transfer!

I've tried sending a person TBT bells like 3 times and it wont work!
I don't get a transfer PM from the gyroid but i'm doing everything correctly...

I am having that problem too. An error box pops up but there is no text, just an "ok" button.

If most of you are using Internet Explorer, try using a different web browser such as Firefox or Chrome

I'm using Firefox and transferring bells works for me.
