Are we going to have any time limit regarding how long signups can last? Im afraid not enough are going to sign up for Death Note maf, and the subforum's just gonna slowly die.

I think ideally if they haven't received enough sign ups by two to three weeks after sign ups opened, they get booted from the queue and the next in line can move forward. They're welcome to reapply but naturally they'll be at the bottom of the queue.
