It's entirely your discretion if you think it's fair or not. I think it's fair, (no offense to Kippla intended at all) as everyone needs to have a fair battlefield. I don't think it's fair to be treated well just because you were banned.

This is entirely my opinion. I don't think it's gamebreaking, either. As I said, it's your discretion whether it's fair or not.
