It's usually one of those 'wait and see things'. But if you actually assumed a plan right before night comes they'll just change their actions.

I don't understand how Aerious' accusation was really silly and got a lot of attention instantaneously and I've waited a solid 15 minutes?

People could be busy, you know.

My thoughts on your theory: How would that work though? If the embryo isn't hatched, wouldn't that just put attention on SP? I don't think a powerful role would put themselves forward like that. Do you mind elaborating more?

I honestly don't know, it was just a thought that I had after reading Oath's posts about SP because they really made it seem like SP was just killing time and stirring up confusion.

(This is running under the assumption that SP is lying about being in cahoots with a vig and that Aerious won't actually get vig shot tonight)

I think the reason it blew up was because of the sheer silliness itself. It immediately made her look like she was purposely targeting oath despite her saying "whoever would fall for it." There wasn't any real reasoning behind it, and if you misunderstand stuff in mafia, people call you out for it.
