oath2order woke up promptly at nine in the morning, the chimes from the bells echoing throughout the tower. The early morning bells were never as precise as when he rang them. His useless apprentice
Trundle was never exactly on time. He started a few seconds too late. In a town centered completely around his masterpiece, accuracy was key.
He climbed to the roof of the tower where the Carnival of Time ceremony took place. Typically, nobody was allowed up here except for those three special days but he built this tower! It was his right to go up here!
Looking over the edge,
oath2order could see the activity going on in town today. The rebuilding of the game shops in East Clock Town was coming along splendidly. The trellis covering West Clock Town was still precariously balanced on some columns that looked as if they would crumble in the slightest breeze. North Clock Town was completely blocked off from all entrances. After the Moon Incident, and the witch hunt that had gone along with it, the great Fairy residing there had been killed. The resulting explosion of magic had contaminated the area in such a twisted way that it was no longer safe. Purple orbs of energy floated aimlessly around, trees grew sick and healed, over and over. In a way, it was the absolutely opposite of what he was. Pure chaos to the north and perfect order to the south. Just like what the handful of townies were doing, rebuilding the government of town. Watching them argue was so pathetic. It was so terribly obvious that there were some infiltrators in the mix. He spotted one and quickly grabbed some rubble from the tower that miraculously had not been cleaned up yet. He took careful aim and threw it at the head of his suspect. The rock was stained
red as it hit the ground, a large gash splitting
Justin's head open. The crowd gasped, and
oath2order dove back. The momentary lapse of judgement was unbelievable. He couldn't believe what had happened. He started down the stairs, only to find the glaring face of his assistant
Trundle coming out of the trapdoor.
"What?"
oath2order asked. "What do you want? I have to get downstairs. I have to see-"
"You. Killed. One. Of. Us."
Trundle said, enunciating each word. He lifted
oath2order by shirt collar, and with a bit of a struggle, threw him over the edge of the tower. The crowd grew silent as they saw the falling man, which only amplified the snapping of his back. He was still breathing, but it was clear that his spine was shattered. The only option was bed rest until the next Great Fairy rose. Unfortunately for
Trundle, there was no other escape out of the tower. The crowd set on him, and once finding his
red blood, vowed to destroy the remnants of Majora.
oath2order, the
Clockmaster went back to sleep. They were not holding a mask.
Trundle, the
Majora's Remnant got caught.
Justin the
Majora's Remnant was rocked. They were holding the
Shards of Majora's Mask which are now destroyed.
