Ok, even though it's outdated, here's an explanation to Vanessa why the Punchy/Toads team was bad

At this point, I think I'm the only one who put out a vocal townlean on anybody, that being on Punchy, and I advocated for Antonio to send himself or Punchy with Ness. Sending out Punchy I guess is an ok thing for you to do if you are of the midset that you should send two different people, but at that point in time, optimal strategy had sending Ness out as the best option, he plain wasn't here, and that meant that if he was scum he couldn't object. I explained it the night before, but Antonio ignored that and sent out Toads, who he had voted to send out previously, in what should have been Ness's place

This looks especially bad considering both Antonio's and Toads votes. I was advocating to sink my previously proposed myself/Toads team because Toads became a strong scumspect for me. Antonio votes for the team over my objections. Toads also realizes that he can't pocket me, and turns from me being a strong town read on me to being almost sure that I'm scum, saying that he doesn't want to be on a team with me, BUT he never changes his vote from yes to know, leaving himself in the proposal, and the vote tied, waiting on Ness. I think that this was a tactic to get Toads into proposal, both in my proposal and in Antonio's by sending out Toads

Thinking I'm scum with Toads is fine I guess, but again, I voted no on two missions because Toads was on it, including my own

If you think that Ness leaves the game because his scummate is hardbussing him, or make his replacement look better you need to reevaluate how both of us act. First of all, Ness could stand the heat from his teammate and stay, but replacing out to make your teammate look better is actually against the rules under one of the "gaining an advantage" laws

With the plays that Antonio has been making this game, do you seriously think that he would think to distance himself from me. Maybe I would, but not him.

Why would Antonio not put himself in if I'm scum with him though? He's pretty much giving up control of at least the first mission if we're buddies

Reading through the thread Toads/Antomia is the team that makes the most sense to me. Punchy could technically be with anyone I guess but he seems to be acting as his usual sporadic town self. I can't see Dolby with Toads or Antomia after his interactions with them, so if he is scum it has to be with punchy. Which is realistic, maybe his strategy was to townread Punchy fast and get him under the radar, but Toads/Antomia is definitely more sus right now.

This all just looks like you all eating out of Dolby's hands... and you all are just letting it happen. I've never seen Dolby so directive at people and directive at what people should be thinking in this game. My 180 on him was not as shocking as he seems to be making it, and let me explain myself for the new ones.

I came into this game a little late, and I saw multiple posts telling me to come here and make posts. I made one post commenting on the fight between Ness and Dolby, which had some high emotions and I wanted to try to mediate it because it looked like people were upset. Was it about the game? no not really, but at that point I thought it was more important to try to validate both sides feelings so no one was hurt. Dolby said I was strattling the fence and not willing to pick a side, which of course I didn't pick a side because I literally said I could see both points they were trying to make and wasn't going to pick a side.

I forget why, but at that point something made me see Dolby as town. I honestly don't have time to go back and look. However its Dolby's actions from that point on that make me absolutely sure he is scum. He literally took my one first post and created a huge retort, meta analyzed and compared that ONE FIRST HURRIED POST, put so much work and effort to validate leaning towards scum. I'll reiterate... one one post. I'm sorry, but that type of reaction doesn't seem like Dolby to me. I honestly think he came in here knowing he was scum and knew he had to vilify me and Ness, in order to keep everyone guessing about which more veteran player was on scum team.

He continues to kind of exaggerate everything that I've done, and make vast assumptions about my intentions of this game and then "support" it with his evidence, which people assume is true since its coming from Dolby. He continues to not even look at my play style and posts in any sort of positive light. Dolby in every game I play looks at all aspects of each player and both sides of their coin per say, and I don't see him doing that right now because its convenient for him to continue to vilify me to keep people from potentially listening to me. Phew ok stepping off this soapbox to now talk about more game mechanic type stuff

Looking at the this set up, it makes sense that first mission we would most likely just get a point for town. The spies can win by scoring on each of the three person missions instead which it is more likely they get picked for and also more people to cover up them being a spy and so town needs to know without a shadow of a doubt who the three town people are for the last mission or otherwise we lose, because odds are a spy will be on those three-person missions otherwise. As we move forward with actual missions, we need to keep all aspects in mind, whether the people sent are actual town or trying to blend in. But the numbers in this game are just as important as who we send on missions so we need to keep this set up in mind as well.

Sorry I was away all day yesterday for voting, but I moved into my new place and had to do a bunch of set up and stuff. The most likely team to me right now seems like Antonio/Ryumia and Dolby. I don't know why Dolby is strongly town locking punchy, it could be for strategy or its his teammate, but I absolutely don't like Dolby in this game and I will not believe a single thing he says until I start to see his more level-headed play style comes back. All he is doing is throwing out accusations and backing them like a pit bull even if his reasoning is just based on strongly worded, long post walls. I know it may seem like I'm doing that too, but at least I have a method and idea of what Dolby is trying to accomplish. He has not said what my endgame is for anything, just jabbing at me and saying I'm doing a 180, but not elucidating on how that helps me actually win as a possible scum in this game. In fact it would make sense not for me to do that and not draw attention to myself so I get picked more if I was a scum. Scum would have consistent reads on people in order to appear put together, trustworthy, and like a leader, and who seems to be doing that right now. Dolby who consistently says I'm scum and Punchy is town. Just because I've changed opinions on people in the course of this game doesn't mean I'm scum and there is no reason why it should paint me as scum like Dolby keeps saying it does. Don't fall for him guys, if we keep trusting him blindly, its gonna kill us in the end... I know it, we need to all think for ourselves a little bit in order to figure this out.

Now come for me again daddy dolby, I'm ready for you to wall post me again because I honestly don't read that smut... but if it strokes your scum ego by all means. I can play this game all day (but not literally because I'm still getting things for my new place).
