Hmm... That is a good question. I haven't really timed myself making these. Depends on the scene too and how complicated it is. I would guess to make an image set can range from 30 minutes to over an hour depending on how hard it is to find the images to make the scene. The backgrounds I just took off of Google, but the character sprites are from Danganronpa. I make the text bubbles myself.
