To be honest, I thought Egg 18 had something to do with the cherry blossom DIYS since it overlapped before in previous years in game.. hm...

I also thought that maybe it was something to do with villagers who are scared of Zipper? I checked Vesta and Coco's collectible pages but didn't find anything..

For #18, I thought maybe the Earth Day update that rolled out on April 20th, 2020 for New Horizons (y'know, that had that one event that was removed in a later update) had something to do with it, but still not finding luck.
