we sing it from the rooftops:
our fighting spirit!

Green as the leaves upon the trees,
Green as the grass beneath your feet.
Green above and green below,
Green will catch you wherever you go.

Green will win as only we can,
Green will triumph in TBT land.
Green is daring, dashing, and bold.
Green has a story to be told.

Green is lively, green is true.
Green has the best and brightest crew.
So it should come as no surprise
When Green takes first before your eyes.

Watch us shine

Green like so many things around us
The leaves of the trees
And the blades of grass
Green is the colour of nature

Green brings happiness and joy
And life through the plants that grow
Green shows toughness and resilience

Green shows beauty and elegance
Through the flowers to which the leaves help grow
Green brings a smile to everyones heart
As the colour of Spring shows

I decided to do a haiku on behalf of the red team! Blue team had the perfect syllables so I came for y'all, all in good fun of course. Who remembers the game red rover from many years ago? It's banned now


Red rover, I call
Blue Team over, red rover
Cannot break our chain

people from all around the globe
bathed in the same glimmering sea of violet
scanning the forums with hazy lilac eyes
truth be told, i’ve never seen anything like it

paint splattered fingertips, button smashing thumbs
and signup sheets tainted with lavender
the illuminating scoreboard yearns for my attention
and yet all i can focus on is the sound of laughter

a community so diverse brings my purple team together
the glisten of amethyst pooling in their eyes
as i tune in to discussions and make the command post my new home
i understand that this is the ultimate prize​
