Bring your favorite fruits, your favorite clothes, and your favorite friends and we'll party like it's 1622! We'll have:
Pattern Contest
Fruit eating contest
Re-enactments
Party Games
For the Pattern Contest, all you have to do is make your best Thanksgiving-themed pattern, and put it on as clothes and/or umberella. I will judge and pick my favorite one. The pattern can be food, turkeys, pilgrims, just about ANYTHING you can think of.
For the Fruit eating Contest, you will get a partner to watch you eat fruit for 15 minutes on the timer. When it goes off, your partner will tell me how many you ate. Whoever eats the most wins!
For the Re-enactments, willing volunteers will dress in patterns and/or accessories and pretty much do whatever they can (In character) to entertain others.
Party Games include Duck, Duck, Turkey, (Y'all BETTER know how to play. I'm not explaining that.) Thanks-giving, (One person names one thing they think someone else is thankful for, then go around the circle. ((I.E. Thomas is thankful for his grandma's feet! Sharon is thankful for Underwear Day!)) ) Hot pear, (a pear is dropped on the ground, you have to pick it up in your pocket then drop it as fast as you can. Whoever has it when the timer goes off loses.)
and other classics such as tag, hide-and-seek, etc.
And of course, there has to be A FEAST! we can pig out on crazy (Imaginary) foods, such as peach sauce, stuffed apple, pear casserole, etc.
So Post your info, register me, and come have the Thanksgiving of a lifetime!
