Notes- That one cold and distant kid that grew up prematurely due to family issues but still manages to be a jerk when approached.

He's a doctor working at Huerta Memorial Hospital on the Citadel. His specialties are in neurology and toxicology.

For medical school, he went to the University of Oxford and graduated at the top of his class.
Notes- I was thinking of them going on a date so make it all cutesy or whatnot. I keep imagining balloon animals for some reason... XD Also, can this pic be at least 900-1000px tall? Feel free to go larger if needed. Wasn't sure how large of a canvas you usually work at. I'd like the other pic I ordered to be those sizes too?

Does that mean that whoever is in the waiting list should send half of the payment now in order to secure a slot once it's opened? Or do we wait until you announce any open slots and then send half of the payment? Are you going by order in the wait list?
