I can pretty much do any variation of the above since I've been improving a lot lately. x)
The winners could pick and choose two of any type of graphics they want, more if it goes up in tiers.

This sounds really fun! But I don't think I was around for this TBT Scavenger Hunt so could I get a brief explanation of what the tasks would consist of, more or less? Like are they clues to look into certain threads for secret passwords or something like that? Or would they be anything ranging from that to writing a haiku, a poem, something funny, editing some image on a simple image editor, and things like that?

I think it would be a cool idea to make it a usual raffle for the people who get at least one ticket but then let the people with most tickets out of the chosen ones to be able to pick which artist they want their piece from, if you're recruiting more artists. That way it'd be fair for people who don't have a lot of time to complete all tasks, but would also promote activity amongst those who can.

well I think only one winner is not so good. Depending on how many artists are willing to be part of the giveaway, all the drawings would go to one person and the other participants would get nothing and they would probably be sad this way ^^ (at least I'd be).

That's why I think everyone should get something (except if their amount of tickets is very low, there should be a little bit of taking effort with participating in this raffle), which is why I'd add tiers based on how many tickets were gathered by one person, the individual artist would have to decide what he would offer for each tier, whether it's a sketch, portrait, lineart, etc

all participants who earned something would have the chance once the giveaway is over to decide from who he will get something which is first come first serve

but I just noticed for being able to give everyone something would mean we would need a lot of artists, which is probably impossible, so we would need some kind of restriction.

I think there should be tiers for the ticket amounts. More tickets means better art!
But I also agree that there should be a mini raffle on the side for like a full piece for those who don't have a lot of time.

I agree, I'd be willing to do a mini raffle where the people have to send me one picture of Luffy (not self-drawn, can be found in Google) and I'd choose the picture of him I like the most ahah ; v ;

I'm gone some of the summer, so I might not be a great help running this, (depends on when it is) but I could definitely give art prizes! This sounds really interesting c:

i think multiple winners is a very good idea and we can think up ways to implement the whole tickets thing with it

we would have a list like

PRIZES
Chibi art by *someone* - 100 tickets
Lineart by *someone* - 25 tickets
...and so on

A person can only choose 1 or if they have a lot of tickets, gift it to someone?

Each artist can set their own ticket worth based on the art they're doing!

Then I (and also participating artists) can contribute to ideas of TASKS
