So since they'll be racking up points, what we were thinking is that we have redemption dates where people get to choose the art they want and the ticket prices will all be generally the same, the only difference is the type of art like sketching would be a lower ticket price than shading. But so it's fair to everyone and all the artists, there will be a general ticket price for everyone's art

THEN at the end of the redemption, people who didn't get to redeem will get a chance at a raffle at the end, they use their tickets as entries in the raffle

(since some artists are donating, lets say, 2 chibis, i'd put one up for the redemption then save one for the raffle at the end so other people also get a chance)
