We will probably make it like this that the participants have to redeem their tickets for a prize, so it should be no problem if we differentiate the amount of tickets needed for the art pieces! c:
Besides, we really need many many artists for our concept that everybody can get a little something so that nobody has to go home empty-handed! Thank you for your entry, I'm sure roroselle agrees with this!

I think, to give everyone an equal chance of winning, it should be the entry thing, like the number of tickets is the number of entries you have, if that makes sense. This is an awesome idea, so everyone's art is excepted?

I can offer a small 3DS sketch, with either color (no examples atm!) or without! I'm sorry this isn't much, but due to time constraints I can't offer much more...

Everyone does have an equal chance of winning. You don't even have to spend any TBT, just some time Plenty of people have done that idea already though, so we wanted to try something different xD

Not sure what exactly I'll offer for a prize, if I'm selected (since I dunno how many artists can participate), but was thinking like 1 sig & 1 avatar or a ref. Don't want to offer too much since I don't have a lotta free time to work on graphics these days.

at the end everyone will get that chance of art pieces that artists are willing to contribute!
there will be a raffle at the end where users can use their tickets as entries but it's AFTER the redemption date(s)

I can help plan minor stuff, but anything huge, I might not be able to. Just depends on how busy I am that day. I do have random days where I'm more free, but it's all over the place... XD I definitely know for sure the next 2 weekends are bad since I going outta town.
