Awwww, Buck is one of my starter villagers on my Animal Crossing New Leaf island and he's been with me for years! He is still there to this day (at least, last time I checked). He holds a special place in my heart.

Also he shares a birthday with my brother so that's an extra nice thing for me!

I had the pleasure of acting as judge for the best Santa of Hazzard Island competition. There was only ever one winner in my eyes, the one and only, King Buck! King Buck spoke about his win: 'It's unbelievable, I never ever expected to win, but to be chosen by my best buddy makes victory all the sweeter!'

I told Buck that I was rather disappointed about the bad weather today as I had my heart set on going outside. Buck never lets me down and made the sweetest gesture, he turned our spare room into an indoor campsite! I had a great time with Buck as we pretended we were outside by looking at the star wallpaper. We then fell asleep to Buck's 'Relaxing Sounds of the Great Outdoors' tape!

After being indoors yesterday, Buck suggested we went out for a little while. He said he had a surprise for me. We headed to Lionel's Jewellery Store. He led me over to this beautiful, sparkling ring in a locked display case. I said: Look at that ring, Buck! Buck turned to me and said: ''Would you like it?' I replied: 'There is no way I can accept that!' Buck insisted as we are best buddies!

We headed over to Lionel to get him to unlock the cabinet. Lionel was in shock when Buck told him he wanted to buy the ring. He was also very happy with such a big sale in the run up to Christmas. He had to call Security Officer Roscoe to escort us back to Hazzard. I told him it wouldn't be necessary as my beloved Buck could protect me.

The sale was finalised, and Buck and I made our way back to Hazzard! Love you, Buck!

Buck and I have been having the same conversation for a few months now. We love to exercise and thought that if we got a dog we could exercise even more! So, we headed to the pet shop to see which dog we could get! Buck phoned ahead to make sure any eight legged freaks would be out of sight as he knows I am terrified of them. He's always so thoughtful!

We arrived at Lobo's Pet Treasure Trove! As promised by Lobo there was no eight legged freaks on sight, as he knew he would have to deal with the wrath of Buck if I was frightened!

Buck and I looked at which dog we would like. They were all so cute, but I immediately fell in love with a little tri-coloured puppy! Buck gestured Lobo over: 'The lady has decided, Lobo!'

Buck, Lobo and I sorted through the paperwork and Buck loved the name I gave her, Blossom! 'Oh Jolly J, that's a lovely name!' We can't wait to take Blossom out for walks around Hazzard!

Well, there are only two Saturdays left until the big day, so Buck and I set up a little cafe in out home so the shoppers could drop in for a little break. Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate for everyone... apart from Tiffany and Shino if they show up! We asked Lionel if he would play some Christmas carols in the background. He said it would be an honour to grant a wish from Buck and I!

Buck wanted to treat me. He asked me if I wanted to go out or stay in. I opted to stay in as it's really cold at night. I didn't know that Buck was going to cook for me!

He was so sweet, he even acted the part of Buck the Butler!

Then, he joined me as a guest! He was on top form making me laugh!

Buck and I were enjoyed an evening in the garden looking at the stars. Even though it was chilly we knew if we got too cold we could just go back inside straight away. Buck was ever the gentle horse and made sure there was hot chocolate with marshmallows ready for when we returned inside! ️

Buck and I have recently been enjoying watching repeats of 'The Crystal Maze' with Richard O'Brien. Buck said he had a surprise for me based on one of our favourite gameshows. I was stunned to discover that Buck had set up a maze based on one of the games!

All I could hear was Buck shouting 'Come and find me!' I thought to myself 'Typical Buck always knows how to bring gameshows to life!'

I started to make my way through, listening to hear if Buck's voice got any louder. Would I ever see my beloved Buck again?

At last, I found Buck! I was so happy! We treated ourselves to another episode of 'The Crystal Maze' to celebrate!

In other parts of the world, Christmas Jumper Day was yesterday, but today it's Hazzard's turn! Several residents entered the competition and a tense atmosphere surrounded the event as Tom Nook was judging the event.

We were waiting on Mr. Nook to decide the winner.

Mr. Nook carefully studied everyone's entry and at the end he said 'Well, you all have very pretty Christmas jumpers, but I can't decide on one winner, so there are two winners this year. Congratulations, to the 2024 Christmas Jumper Day winners, Buck and Jenny!' Buck and I were delighted that we won together!

It's the penultimate weekend before the big day, so Buck hosted his 'Buck into Christmas' party! Buck knows that my favourite musician is Sir Elton John, so he decided to use him as inspiration for his instrument and costume choice! I was honoured when he asked me to join him on the drums! Kidd and Roscoe are also part of Buck's Stable! The safety barriers managed to control Buck's fans!

Buck and I were out on what we thought was a leisurely drive. We spotted a little roadside stall, we both agreed we would stop and see if we could pick up any Christmas presents. Buck and I were so happy and looking forward to shopping.

However, our mood changed quicker than Buck can run a mile. Buck was in a panic and a cold chill ran through my bones.

We turned around to have a double take and true enough, we were faced with one of our old enemies ... TIFFANY! Some of you may remember, last year she played a part in stealing Buck's Royal crown. She looked as shocked as us at first. We were expected to be met with hostility, however, the outcome did shock us.

Tiffany gestured us over with a friendly wave and a sheepish smile. We decided to go over, but we weren't convinced by Tiffany's pleas that she had changed.

'Please, Buck, Jenny, I promise I've turned over a new leaf, I see new horizons ahead for us. I saw things differently after Booker and Copper took me away. Everything will be different now, I promise' Tiffany said in a determined tone as she put a hand on each of us. She continued: 'I would be very grateful for your forgiveness. It would mean the world to me'. Buck and I told Tiffany we would forgive her, but we would rather keep our distance.

Buck and I made a sharp exit. Little did we know, Tiffany hadn't changed one bit. As she could no longer see us in the distance, her smile changed to a smirk. She repeated her words: 'Everything will be different now, I promise.' She laughed and continued: 'Yeah, this time they won't see me coming, and there is NO WAY Booker and Copper will catch me.' 'Hope you enjoy the Holiday season, as Tiffany is coming back to Hazzard to haunt you'.

After yesterday's encounter with Tiffany, I was on tenterhooks worrying incase she was going to come back. I hadn't even put away our shopping. Buck looked relaxed and said: 'Iron J, please don't worry, I promise everything will be ok. Anyway, we need to get ready for my personal appearance as Hazzard's Number 1 Santa!' I turned to Buck and smiled: 'You're right, Buck. I know I can rely on you.' Just before we left Buck brought his Royal crown out and had a look around the room. 'All ready, Iron J?'

Buck was singing 'We Three Kings' at the top of his voice. Continuing in a sing song vocal he said: 'Join in Iron J, we want everyone to hear!' I joined in and we headed off singing our hearts out.

When we returned, my happiness turned to horror. It had happened again, Buck's Royal crown was gone! I was in such a panic, I could hardly breathe! 'Buck, oh my goodness. I'm so, so sorry.' Buck turned and said 'Wipe away your tears, Iron J. Take a look on my phone.' I couldn't believe it, Buck had activated our security camera before we left! 'I had a feeling this would happen.' Buck said.

'Who is that?' I asked Buck as a shadowy figure came into focus. 'I think it's our one and only enemy, Tiffany the Terror!' replied Buck. True enough, it was. We, well I should say Buck caught her in the act on the recording app on his phone.

As we continued watching, Tiffany was indeed the culprit!

My phone rang asking to speak to Buck. I put it on speakerphone, it was Booker and Copper. Buck has alerted them earlier that he thought Tiffany would be back and the security camera was directed linked to Booker and Copper's Control Room! They explained, they made a swift arrest and that his Royal crown was safe and sound. Booker explained: 'Buck, we will bring back your Royal crown tomorrow as promised, we just need it for evidence tonight.' As we thanked them for their help, we could hear Tiffany shouting in the background that she was innocent. It was the end of a long day and there was only one thing I had to say to my beloved green jock horse: 'Buck, you are my hero!'

This and the one you did yesterday made me chuckle and smile so much. So cute! It reminds me how I used to do little studio projects and come up with a little short story like how you did. I think you’ve done such an amazing job and the rooms you decorate are so cute.
