Copying someone else's diss can be considered mockery of their diss. Unless you copy it exactly, every word for every word, it's a pretty decent way to diss. It's also used to point out hypocrisy or flaws in another's statement.

For example:

You like MARSHAL? That's just great...

You hate Marshal? That's just great...

Orr...

Only nerds know equations like that.

And only people who failed the 3rd grade say that.
