The dream I had the night before my birthday

My birthday was yesterday, and the night of my birthday eve, I had a dream. It was related to Animal Crossing New Leaf, and when I woke up from it it was the most scared I had been after a dream in about five years. It proves that my Animal Crossing New Leaf save file corrupting is literally my worst nightmare. The game was open and ROVER was talking to me on the TRAIN. I thought to myself in the dream, "OMG my save file got corrupted!" The next thing I know, Isabelle is opening the game. Instead of saying good morning or evening, she said, "Hello. My name is Isabelle." There was the dropdown menu on the lower screen. Option 1 was Let's Get Started, Option 2 was Load Old Town, and Option 3 was Other Things. In the dream I selected Option 2, naturally. Isabelle said, "okay, then we'll just WAIT. WHAT? you mean to tell me there was an old town?" Then I was in front of my house. 5 seconds later, after only pulling a weed, Isabelle was back to the opening the game screen and she was swearing. It was censored.

That's creepy ! Don't worry though, corruptions don't happen very often! Tips (hopefully these will help):
1. Make sure you always save before taking out the SD Card. I've heard of a few people who have had game corruptions due to forgetting to save.
2. Always make sure your 3DS is charged! If you remember it being low the last time you used it, I recommend either keeping a close eye on the battery or just plugging it in. It's rare for it to corrupt if the battery runs out, but you want to be safe.

Well, there's really not much I can do to help, but corruptions can't really be prevented all the time; these are really the only ways I know that have a high chance of completely saving you. Most people with New Leaf don't have corrupted games though, so I'm sure that if you remember these tips you'll be perfectly fine.
