prettty self explanatory, you have to have a picture of marshal in your dreamie list to prove he is a dreamy. it saves people quickly adding him to the list by typing his name and then claiming him, when he isn't exactly a dreamie of theirs.

Its a signature which needs to look like Hound00med and others with a picture sig stating their current villagers and/or dreamies :3
