Basically, this is how it works.
First person: I have Ruby, who has Marshal?
Second Person: I have Marshal, who has Flo?
Third Person: I have Flo, who has...
And so on. Before you ask, YES, you should actually have them. It doesn't matter if they are in your campsite, or even your alt town. If they are in your town today, you can post.
If no one posts after a while, someone who doesn't have tha villager can post.
