The site seems to be running slower than usual. Trying to adjust my lineup took way longer than it should. Anyone else experiencing slower-than-usual load times? I'm getting usual speeds on other sites, so it's definitely not on my end.

No, it's not just you, we are aware and all suffering through it together -- staff included. We'll see if the events ending changes anything or not. The reaction spam definitely adds a lot of extra processing compared to normal.

I’m just now realizing what’s going on…

The high amount of ice cream being smeared on posts is causing the website’s servers to freeze up, leading the website to act like it’s loading directly from a cold boot. Turns out, even the servers themselves want in on the mini-event! Who woulda thought?

Why is it possible to have negative bells on the forum?
I saw it while looking at the ice cream event page for some reason, is it a glitch?

It’s just something that happens. You could deposit bells in your ABD and edit your posts to make them not as long, causing bells to be deducted from your account. They’ll be taken away from your account rather than whatever’s in the ABD, so it could become negative. It’s not a big deal.

I've noticed that I'm not able to give anything except for a "like" react on anyone's posts on here. I think it may just be an issue on my end, but I've tried refreshing the page multiple times and I still can't do any other react : (

Likely a few days or so after they are removed from the Shop on April 7th.

is there a way to see all the collectibles from the shop? i can see there are 465 items but it only shows the ones currently available for sale and some of the sold out house ones. i want to familiarize myself with the collectibles for the egg hunt

The Shop never has everything all at once, just the normal stock and whatever is added for currently ongoing events.

Here is a link to the collectible tier list thread as well as a link directly to the Google spreadsheet which shows the prices things have tended to sell for, with images attached.

-Mars- has also made a thread dedicated to displaying them in color coordinated order. Here is a link to the color coordinated Google spreadsheet itself.

With those two combined, you can get a general sense of what all of the tradable collectibles are that you can acquire, what they're called and how much you might expect to pay others to acquire them (unless they return to the Shop as part of an event).

-Apples- also made a thread a while back called List of all Collectibles by Set which, aside from those, also shows some of the collectibles that were or are only released as event or contest prizes.

Some of those need to be updated to include the new collectibles from the Sakura Week and April Fool's event, like the White, Blue, and Purple Sakuras and the Strawberry Soft Serve, but they'll get to it when they have time.

ahh i see, thank you!! i knew about those threads but was hoping for a way to look at the links/pages of the collectibles for the egg hunt i believe in a recent egg hunt, one of the eggs was found on the pink hammer collectible page and i'm worried because i don't know how to get to the direct pages if that makes sense

Ah okay, in that case, click Search on the taskbar, located next to the Shop icon. Then Advanced Search ->Search Items and you'll be able to find them that way if you know what they're called.

Alternatively, if someone has a collectible like that in their lineup, you can click on it and be taken to the item's page that way. You can do the same thing by pressing on the collectible image of the collectible in your, or others', Inventory page. Also works by clicking the name in the Inventory page and then clicking the name again where it's listed as Item: [insert random collectible name here] when it brings up the description window.

I think this would be fine if it also invites others to talk about music and share some of their own CDs, too. Brewster’s Café would be most appropriate! It's a fun topic & a cool idea.

However, if you're simply looking to share your collection, it may be better suited to an existing 'Share Your Collection' thread such as this one.

No. We would never rely on an automatic process when it comes to account penalties or punitive action against any member and the points system is mostly meaningless. We always take into account a user's entire forum/warning history prior to implementing a punishment.
