they are really cool, caught a bunch when TT'd to experience bunny day, but can't wait to hunt more too bad its gonna be 6 months till the northern hemisphere gets them

Omg!! How common/rare is the spider crab? Seriously thinking about scattering them all over my island

They are sorta hard to find since SH has four kinds of crabs available. I caught more dungeness and red king crabs before I got the spider. Plus they're speed demons.

I really wanted a bunch of spider crabs for decoration but didn't catch any (I'm in the Northern Hemisphere) but maybe one day.

Looking forward for the spider crab to come back. A friend was really great and let me farm for some on his island. I got one on one visit and two more on a second (would’ve had more had I not been called to dinner and my game went into sleep mode losing the two I had at the time ><) Not sure how I’ll be using them (aside from the one that I have out already), but I have plans to hoard any of them just so I have them when I need them .
