Mafia The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Mafia: Endgame MAFIA WINS

It happened to me when I was quoting you as well. I was replying with quote of a post where you had Fleshy's quote so it probably got confused into the autoformat. That's probably what's happening although it's never really done that with me before on tbt.

yeah that's weird. I do remember their was a point in time when every single quote I tried to post had "user" instead of their actual name so it's not the first time I've seen it bug out.

You posted that before Evan did, maybe you would be smarter, but would he? I'm not sure where I stand on either you or Evan right now, I just thought, and still think, that the similarities in those posts were worth noting as it's uncanny.

Is there really anything coming out of this, it's really just a coincidence. That's all.

actually we posted at nearly the same time with similar phrasing again, lmao

Yeah it's definitely worth noting, I don't blame you for that, and my one game as scum on here shows I suck as scum, but especially on day 1 scum Zendel/Evan would probably be hella distancing

I thought my point was worth dropping here, but the fact you say "day 1 scum Zendel/Evan would probably be hella distancing" proves you've thought about how Zendel and you would act together as scum, why would you need to think about that, or mention it? Is that why you made a comment towards him so early on in the game? because that's the opposite of what scum!Zendel/Evan would do?

It most likely is just a coincidence, I know.

I mean, you did give me time constraints and pressured me into posting my reads early. so yes, it is indeed wishy-washy filler. that's all I had to give you at the time.

Still interested in what you are hoping to produce, but I wanted to see what you would produce quickly, because again I think fellow mafia can coach you for the larger volume of reads you've promised to post later on simply because you will be posting them later on. And wishy-washy filler is what tends to happen when somebody who doesn't have a lot of experience as mafia is pressured to spill the reads they hope to seem like a contributor to town with but don't have the time to get second opinions.

The reason I said that we'd be distancing is because I'm attempting to explain our similar phrasing (which has occurred on two separate instances now). I don't really mind the pressure over it because it looks lightly suspicious, and props on picking up on it. It helps my perception that you're being a helpful, investigative townie rn. But between Bianca, Dad/Dolby, and most importantly Aron, I'd place the Zendel/me interactions at a solid 4th or 5th on the totem pole of scumminess ;)

That makes sense. I tend to be pretty paranoid day 1 (well any day tbh) and so I feel it's good to note potential teams and/or what I think may be going on. So I can't entirely dismiss a pocket and/or a team with you and dolby. The reason I put you on a potential team is because you were agreeable with me, Dolby was immediately confrontational with me, and then around the same time you both became agreeable with me. There might be some level of coordination going on behind the scenes there.

Nah, I was first, before Dolby. As I explained, I specifically took advantage of Dolby's post in that moment because I hadn't yet made the heelturn about how I townread you I'd been planning all along had you reacted how I thought you would as town yet, and he seemed convinced by recent events in that post that you were even more suspicious. He seemed to sorta back away from it and look at Aron too. The decision to do so I can see him doing more as town than mafia given how obvious Aron is, but if he's mafia he wouldn't be as straightforward in suspecting Aron the way I am due to not wanting to lose numbers. He is indeed a tricky player so it'd be best if I not express too much about what I think he'd do as town or mafia more than I already have, because it'll affect his next post or interaction with me if he's maf.

There it goes again with the formatting. Whatever though, when the error happens, we should know to read it as the quote actually being from the person in the string above it. Ugh I'm too lazy to not play the game via replying with quotes.

it's not more like feeling the need to point it out but I was made self aware of my !!! and ... and it is not good to be be meta-read based on the number of !!! and ... I post (just in case..someone is gonna make a case against me).

Nobody had meta-read you on it though. Which is why you're under heat because of it. You could have just explained that you've become self aware of your grammar had somebody tried to bring it up against you, this is a forum with young people so it wouldn't be odd for somebody to improve upon it. But you brought it up nevertheless.

I would argue that poorly written reads would come from any inexperienced player under pressure, but other than that I actually kinda agree with your reasoning.

I really don't feel like I am under heat. Yea, I might be defensive when I am mafia, but I tend to be more relaxed as town. So no, I don't think I was even in any kind of heat under or over. I did bring it up , true, just in case they are trying to read me again based on those reasoning.

Hullo, The Bell Tree! My name is Sir Daniel Winston Haveshire. I am a 27 year old American Anglophile (Fan of all things Brit for you yanks). I drink tea and eat crumpets, and spend my days perfecting my knowledge of British history and viewing superior British BBC and Channel 4 productions. (Doctor Who, Sherlock, Broadchurch) I train at playing cricket every day, the superior cricket bat can hit with pure accuracy because it is so finely made, and cricket is vastly superior to any other sport on earth. I earned my A-levels in British Literature and History two years ago, and I have been getting better every day. I speak British English fluently, both cockney and the Liverpool accent, and I write fluently using British spelling and punctuation (such as 'colour') as well. I know everything about British history and their Arthurian code of chivalry. When I get my British visa, I am moving to Oxbridge to attend a prestigious university to learn more about their magnificent culture. I hope I can become an Oxford Don or a BBC thespian! I own several Union Jack shirts, which I wear around town. I want to get used to wearing them before I move to Britain, so I can fit in easier. I speak British English as often as I can, but rarely does anyone manage to respond. Wish me luck in Her Majesty's Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland!

i think godfather is between dolby/cleb/tina/oath/dad :)
not glow

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

the fact bianca is super concerned about the amount of exclamations she put in her posts is lol.

I mean, let's talk about that for a second. She roleclaimed before the game ****ing started. Just one question.

giphy.gif

I doubt a role like epona is a safeclaim, but Bianca: that's a terrible and unnecessary thing to do so early in the game.

RN it seems like bianca is actively and openly trying to NOT sound like her maf self. Which is scummy to me.

Roleclaiming before the game is a jokey thing. C'mon fam.

'just in case' - if somebody tried to lynch you over your grammar alone I'd have something to say about them anyways

'they are' - but nobody had read you on it in this game before you brought it up

well thank you! and true, especially kirby is not in this game.

There's been a weird foursome going on with zendel dad Evan and aron, and it feels like pointless bickering at this point tbh

And statistically one of them has a good chance of being scum

Alright, I am home and I have fully read the thread. Now there a few things that I want to say, and this is honestly just a spew of what I have going through my head right now. I'm townleaning Fleshy, simply because I'm pretty sure that he hasn't played in awhile, and I feel like he's going through lines of thinking that inexperienced town would go through. Anyway, gonna disagree with the (barely existant) suspicion of Bianca, it's an inside joke about the scumreading from last game where Kirby pretty much had her from her fourth post. Furthermore, I am now townleaning Evan (mainly for him/Zendal, which I'll elaborate on in a bit) and Dad.

I have two scum leans at this point, Aron and Zendal. Kinda worried that Aron is being new town here and we're just focusing on him because we don't have anyone else, but as I said earlier, he set off my "new scum" alarm bells. I'm trying to not repeat anything that hasn't been said already by Dad. But the way that Zendal is acting relative to Aron is kinda reminding me of what I did to Sensei in Smash 2.0

Alright so my original plan was to post reads on everyone that's been posting but with my apparent time constraints that no longer seems like the greatest idea. so I'll give a couple now and make another more detailed post tonight or tomorrow.

Dad: I am having a hell of a time trying to read this guy. He's been putting a lot of pressure on me but I honestly think it makes sense to see what happens when I'm put on the spot and if I cave considering I'm inexperienced. The fact that he's putting so much pressure on me kinda gives me an instant kneejerk reaction but putting aside personal feelings and looking at the facts I think he's genuinely trying to help. I'll give him a very minor town lean for now.

Dolby: Dolby's been contributing per the usual but I've gotten a few bad vibes from him. his instant attack on Karen as soon as the game started over something that was very obviously a joke gave me a kinda bad taste. I'm going to leave him as neutral for now and am definitely looking into him more.

Zendel: Zendel's been very defensive since the start but then again so have I. I've been trying to read into them to try and understand if it was being justly angry at being accused or being defensive as a cover-up but I'm not sure enough to lean one way or the other.

These aren't really reads so much as they're just me speculating since two of them are neutral but these are the impressions I have so far.

that horrible yellow color is impossible to read sorry

1. I'm pretty sure Aron has never played with me or the last time that he played with me was when I was bad
2. His read on me specifically looks like noob scum trying to point out everything "suspicious" without being confrontative, moreover, the content looks like something that I would be scumread over
3. Zendal honestly wasn't that relevant at that point in the game, I'm not sure why he was included, and I kinda feel like this could be mafia distancing
4. Townlean of Dad feels like appeasement

Now as for Zendal

I'm null on Aron so far.

The excuses stand out because they seem to be in literally everything single one of their posts. Instead of making excuses I'd prefer to see dedication whenever they can make the time, if you start only jumping in when someone is getting heat or if they are then I'll move them to sus.

I have no idea how experienced level Aron is btw, does anyone have any experience with them?
Literally could've looked at the RQS, but I'm pretty uncomfortable that you felt the need to go out and say this when you could've just asked about Aron's experience level. I am also uncomfortable that you feel no need to mention them in your subsequent reads post
The person I feel the most comfortable about thus far would be Dolby although that could possibly change later on.

Dad isn't make me feel too great right now, his posts come off as a defence/support for me which looks like a way to get into my good books. His interactions with Aron look a distancing thing between the two and his posts towards Evan could possibly be similar to what Toad and Ness did to Evan in the previous game. One is in support of me while the other is against me.

Both points are kinda weak but I don't know what to think of these vibes from him, if he's town I feel bad about feeling this way. So I'm sorry if you are.

Evan is confusing me tbh.

Everyone else is null, I'm keeping an eye on Evan, Aron, Dad, Karen and Daniel. The last two look as though they don't intend to do much other than joke around so I'm not sure how seriously I should take them or if anything either of them are saying should be token to heart and noted.
I see no worlds in which scum buses D1 with the intention of causing a lynch on their scum mate, especially since Dad has made Aron the most feasible lynch. You then go on to say that you are keeping your eye on literally the only active people. I know that 2/3 of the game has been unacceptably inactive, but come on. Moreover, Dad barely defended you I feel and it was more of a side comment

It feels like you hardly read the games you're in at this point Dan.

Also Dolby you've been lurking literally all day.

I HATE NINJAS LIKE THESE but he snuck in to make some sense so it's okay.
