Really? The forum time is PST for me. I think it asks you about your timezone when you first join, if I'm not mistaken...

Yup it's in general setting is anyone wants to change theirs! Idk for sure about it being an option when you first sign up.
 
I am physically unfit. I know that this is on me. How I am, now and how I want to be. For you to remind me or ask me about my workouts and diets, that'd be great. I'm looking for support. Thanks in advance, and thank you for even reading this.

Good to know. Keep it up buddy. I'm doing the same. I'll keep taking about working out here and that might help motivate you too.

Jogging in place for 10 minutes? Then doing push-ups and sit ups... about 10 of each? It's something to start with.

That's a great start, build yourself up. Keep your heart rate up for a bit and you'll gain stamina to do even more.

Meanwhile, after homework I have to do a super painful leaves-me-sore-af fullbody workout, and something called "The 100 Workout".

Just be healthy, dude... Remember to eat 3 meals and maybe a snack (some people can't change their bodies if they starve themselves), workout a sustainable amount of days per week w/o overdoing it, etc.

I've had eating problems so I just like to remind people that they deserve to make the changes that they want, but to be healthy and happy while doing it :)
 
Pro-tip, just do it.

Then of course I need to focus more on drinking water and instead of having something unhealthy, have something healthy or not as bad. Like, instead of having pizza... have a sandwich with an apple... or something like that. Besides, apples and sandwiches taste good. :p
