Then of course I need to focus more on drinking water and instead of having something unhealthy, have something healthy or not as bad. Like, instead of having pizza... have a sandwich with an apple... or something like that. Besides, apples and sandwiches taste good.
Something that helps a lot is replacing soda with water.
Boom, 50 grams or so of sugar, gone. Well, it depends how often you drink soda.
Anyway, I recommend this workout, whenever you feel comfortable moving on to something different, it's pretty easy. Skip some, though, the hard advanced ones. That's what I always do.
