Then of course I need to focus more on drinking water and instead of having something unhealthy, have something healthy or not as bad. Like, instead of having pizza... have a sandwich with an apple... or something like that. Besides, apples and sandwiches taste good. :p

Something that helps a lot is replacing soda with water.
Boom, 50 grams or so of sugar, gone. Well, it depends how often you drink soda.
Anyway, I recommend this workout, whenever you feel comfortable moving on to something different, it's pretty easy. Skip some, though, the hard advanced ones. That's what I always do. ;)

Jogging in place for 10 minutes? Then doing push-ups and sit ups... about 10 of each? It's something to start with.

Push ups and sit ups are good. Jogging in place will get boring and you'll not want to do it. If you can jog outside in a safe place, do that. If not, lunges are also really good and a lot more distracting than Jogging in place. Mix in some dips (dip your legs while swinging your arms forward) with deep breaths to maintain your focus.

Of course if you have a treadmill Jogging on that with music or a short show works too.

Sparking water is my favorite and it has zero everything usually. Water and chemicals, but no calories! Also, the sparkling part is really satisfying

I jogged in place for six minutes tonight. Wasn't that bad. Was listening to music. Thank you for the advice! :blush:

Infused water is great as well! My favorite is raspberry. :)

You're welcome. At the end of the day you need to do what works for you and simply keep doing it no matter what. And don't be tempted to treat yourself right after. Maybe once or twice a week but not much more than that.

Also I like that you are enjoying sandwiches and apples. It's a wholesome and cheap meal that is easy to fall back on.
 
Hikes are great as well! The ones with beautiful scenery, it distracts me from the actual exercise.

Or you could be like me and say that you'll walk those two miles back home so you can lay in your bed w/o feeling guilty lol
