It's supposed to end today, but there is a tie between Fossil Hippopotas and Fossil Metagross! Please be the tiebreaker!

Oh, and the winner will be put in NPC's Dex of Fame, but the rest will be put in the normal Noveldex, unless it doesn't fit my standards.
