The Peanut Butter Conundrum

I do like Nutella, if that counts. I’m planning on taking some of these next time I travel. It’s been a favorite snack of mine. The pretzels are indeed superior to the breadsticks, though.

That reminds of these we have in the UK, small little breadsticks to dip in chocolate sauce

I don't have it much now, but it is a comfort food. We ate a lot of it growing up because it was economical.

I do still make a sandwich when I'm feeling nostalgic, one of 3 Mom would make for us - with strawberry preserves, fluff, or honey (that was more grown up and something of a treat).

Grilled fluffernutter sandwiches are really good on cold, wet days.
That sounds delicious!

I tend to only have it when having a snack or breakfast, spread it on some toast with a cup of tea. Gorgeous!

I don't like peanut butter taste wise, even with chocolate, Nutella or some sort of jam/jelly. Yeah it 'smells' but it just smells like PB to me, it doesn't smell bad.

I don't really like any nut thou, raw, cooked, buttered, ect... Nutella doesn't count cause I really can't taste the hazelnut. I honestly forget there is any in there.

I love the smell of peanut butter personally. I eat nuts occasionally but not often, love raisins though.

It's not my favorite thing in the world, but I do like peanut butter and I'll have it occasionally! ^^ Usually on its own in a sandwich, or possibly with some strawberry or raspberry jam. I've never been bothered by the smell, but I guess that's because it smells like, well, itself. I can see it being more off-putting if you just don't like peanut butter, but I've never encountered peanut butter that I thought was terribly strong-smelling or anything.
I don't have a high tolerance for sugar, but I think I prefer peanut butter in sweets generally. I like a lot of peanut butter candies, and then there's stuff like chocolate-covered peanut butter balls, peanut butter cookies... it's hard to pass up on those.

Chocolate combined with peanut butter is a gift from the gods.

I'm like you, I only eat peanut butter with bread pretty much - sandwiches or on toast.

Never understood why people say it smells though haha . I suppose I'm just used to it so it doesn't bother me.

For some reason, I thought this was about the movie 'The Peanut Butter Solution'. My friend made me watch that...and I still hate her for it. Lol. But...I digress. Peanut butter is great. I grew up on PB&J sandwiches, always enjoyed chocolate peanut butter anything...it's great in iced cream. Just a nice flavor all around.

There's a peanut butter film? :ROFLMAO:

Yeah, peanut butter is top notch

They once asked a man what his secret was to making it to 100. He said eating a peanut butter sandwich every day. So that's what I've been doing ever since.

I like it. It tastes good and is somewhat healthy. Plus it's an easy way to make something quick. It tastes good on fruit like bananas, blueberries, strawberries ect. I sometimes slice fruit up like that and eat it with peanut butter.

I also like peanut butter cookies. I don't eat them a lot, but during the holidays it's usually the type of cookie I make and eat the most of.

If that's the secret for a long life, then I'm sorted :ROFLMAO:

I eat peanut butter almost everyday. Like you say, very easy to use to make snacks and goes well with fruits.

Peanut butter and chocolate is god tier.
