The only requirement(s) you need:
1. She's a dream villager of yours; please give her a good home
2. You must not have recently moved any of your villagers into the void/abyss (I don't want them suddenly moving into my town - I don't have the patience to deal with them right now -.-)

Well, the worst possible thing ever happened today. ;n; My game cartridge broke. I don't know what happened but either way the game is just completely dead. ;n; So I'm starting over on the cartridge that was my giveaway town - it now will be my main town. ;__; Unfourtunately this means I can't gift out villagers as quick as I used to, and I lost the villagers I had reserved for people. ;n; I'm really sorry! I contacted Nintendo support by email and explained what happend, maybe it can be fixed somehow, I don't know.

Either way I'm looking for cats, and above all, Julian, once again. ;n;

Awww noooo all your cats :'(, did it just randomly break? Was it on sd card or cartridge?
That's so upsetting and annoying, sorry.

Nono it just stopped working. D: It was really weird the way it happend. I decided to go to the international island for the first time. So it loaded up and I did a few tours with someone and then that annoying resetti symbol popped up to tell me that we lost connection somehow. I got angry so I just closed the 3DS and decided I?d play again later when my internet isn?t being screwy. So I come back & I open my 3DS and I don?t know if I closed it while it was saving and I shouldn?t have done that or what the heck happened but I got this message pop up to say that my data was corrupted and gave me an option to delete the data. I clicked no, and I shut my 3DS off, started it up again and loaded up the game. And what do I see? A villager that isn?t in my town walking along the home screen. And an option to start a new save data.
I panicked, shut the game off and back on again and this time Julian was there in my town layout so I went to load my save file, and as soon as Isabelle started loading the town everything went black and now the game cartridge is just entirely dead, won't work in either of my 3DS's ;___;
