I really hope when the sub forum opens someone makes a thread where villagers will only be given away if people have room and can grab them in 15-30 minutes. If you have 10, you shouldn't bother going there. It seems harsh, but some people don't like waiting forever >.<

Well.... If no one from the spreadsheet is online, you can offer him here, and mention that you're only going to hold onto him for XX minutes. If no one wants him, you can just let him leave.
