You'd have to get her to move in and then wait for her to try and move away.

Is it true that you have to get your 10th villager from the campsite? I've had only 9 for two weeks now. I ask because it might be relevant to people trying to keep space open in their town.

That's what I'm doing now. I really dislike the snooty characters but I want some of the PWP's they request. Hopefully Freya will turn up in my campsite soon (yeah right!)

This is what I did: First save them to your computer then save them as one image on Paint. Then go somewhere like tinypic and upload them. Then go to your signature and click on insert an image then copy and paste the URL from tinypic in the box.
