That may be true, and in that case it is good. But if that animal just keeps getting traded away for profit, it's bad. That's what I meant.I don't agree! If people get a villager from the giveaway thread than trade them on the exchange is fine both the people are getting there dreamies what's wrong with that? I don't do this but I think it okay for people to do this!

These are all our opinions. Think of it through the villager's point of view. Not at all. It's their villager, they're free to do as they please with it.

I'm not here to argue. Keep the thread clean. You mean the programmed bit of data? I don't think it's programmed to care.
Exactly, that's what I've seen happening which is why I posted. That may be true, and in that case it is good. But if that animal just keeps getting traded away for profit, it's bad. That's what I meant.
True, but I still don't think it's fair on anyone that actually wanted it.Not at all. It's their villager, they're free to do as they please with it.

If the person who offers a villager on here doesn't care what happens to it then that's fine, simple. But if they want it to go to someone who has it as a dreamie, but it goes to someone who lies then sells it for profit or trades it for another profitable villager that isn't fair on people who TRULY wanted them as a dreamie.
Obviously they can't be stopped, I know that. But it's worth checking through someone's posts if you want to make sure they're not going to "waste" your villager.
