It seems like a lot of game forums have a lot of jerks on them. I play a browser game sometimes called Town of Salem and have since early 2014 and some of the people there are annoying and elitist. On here, everyone is really nice and very honest with their sales and trades. I love it!

I often find that the animal crossing community in general is just filled with a bunch of very nice and compassionate people. They're always very welcoming to one another and willing to help each other out.

Maybe it's the genre of the game: relaxed, non-competitive or maybe it's the fact that the playerbase is mostly girls, and the fact that everyone shares love for animals... who knows. It's still great to be a part of it.

It's probably that it's mostly girls. The other forum I said is a mix but probably more guys haha.

I love this community too! Nearly every other website I go on is full of annoying and rude people forcing their opinions on others while insulting them. Half the time it doesn't even have anything to do with anything, like in the comments of a random YouTube video or the chat box on a multiplayer piano website. It's so irritating. Here though, everyone is so nice and friendly -- even the staff members! I can't tell you how many websites I've been on that are full of staff members who abuse their power and talk down to you... I hate it. It's so much better here. The staff members also know how to interact with users and have a fun time, instead of acting like they have to be strict, harsh, and professional.

This is by far the best community I've ever been part of, and I only made my account here last week! I love everyone on here! <3
