I wanted it to hit New York cause no school but besides that I feel bad for the people who got hit and no have nothing. I almost got teary hearing a woman on the news cry about how everything she had is gone but I was more fine with her being alive tbh

I never thought that this Hurricane could do so much to make destruction. I live in the upper eastern part of the US so I never knew. The only hurricane I was in was Sandy. Are you sure this one did worse?

Some of my family was stuck in Florida. They've all evacuated by now, but it took forever to get my sister to evacuate. She literally evacuated at the last minute. She is truly stupid.

Well i apologize for not seeing a thread from a week ago.

So I live in NC. My immediate area saw some flooding and power outages, but NC is not doing well right now. There are many areas in the state where flood waters are STILL rising and will continue to rise until Saturday at least! The last count I saw showed that 14 people had died in my state alone. We are having a rough time over here, and there is a lot of blame going around. Hopefully no one else will die, and the water won't rise too much more. :C
