Time Zones

I had to make a thread where I could come and easily figure out time zones.

If it is midnight in London, it is

8:30 pm Newfoundland
8:00 pm Atlantic
7:00 pm Eastern
6:00 pm Central
5:00 pm Mountain
4:00 pm Pacific

Let's say a time is given in Eastern. You have to add

+1.5 hours for Newfoundland time
+1 hours for Atlantic time
0 hours for Eastern time
-1 hour for Central time
-2 hours for Mountain time
-3 hours for Pacific time

The TBT Social is 5:20 Eastern. This would be

6:50 Newfoundland
6:20 Atlantic
5:20 Eastern
4:20 Central
3:20 Mountain
2:20 Pacific
