I know a lot of people are playing games besides Animal Crossing New Leaf and some wouldn't take very much time to make a path design. Here are some tips:
1) Using a color, then white? Use another color in that part and then erase it later. That way it's easy.
2) Use caution. If you make a mistake erase it right away so you don't forget.
3) Only use the thin pen if REALLY necessary
