Ah, I see. Would they make a new guide after rumors are cleared out?
Yes, but they don't really care if they're misleading people, they just want money.coffeebean! said:Huh, that bites. Paying for a bunch of lies. Shouldn't they make the guides when they are sure of the facts? Not just going with rumors?
Yes, and people have SPENT over 25,000 bells, hence why some people have like 1000 nook points.stormcommander said:maybe the guide is right and people are just making this complicated? =o ...could be...
it DOES say spend
All you need is high speed internet and a wireless router (or Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector). You probably have high speed internet (if you have dial-up, that really sucks). Wireless routers can be bought at many places, like Wal-Mart or RadioShack. They're usually around $50-$100, I think. You might be able to get one cheaper. After you have that, you're ready to go! Just connect your Wii to the internet (Wii Menu > Options > Wii Settings > Internet) and you're done!coffeebean! said:Yesh~I don't understand this whole wifi thing, so I wouldn't be able to have someone come to my town, unless I figure out how to get wifi in my living room.....=/

Also how could trying to sell a Koi to nook be complicated? It says 4000 in the book and it only sells for 2000, or was it the other way round?
I think its when you pay off your loanCherryTree said:Does everyone that lives in your town have to spend the amount of money needed to upgrade? Cause my brother bought the moon which costs 32,000 bells and we're still at nook's cranny
