I keep going back and forth between some. My 4 characters are going to be mayor Regina, hook, Mr. gold and prob Emma. My villagers will be Henry, Bella (for belle), aurora, gaston (since my son would now rather have ribbot, after searching for gaston for weeks go figure) marina as Ursula, either ruby or freya for red, queenie, Phil as charming, Blanche as Mary Margaret, possibly Erik and I think bunnie may be my red headed Ariel.
